My biggest concern before buying abroad was of pressure selling from agents desperate to sell properties and the obvious costs of consultancy and travel. The following day we paid our deposit and the dream of purchasing a property abroad began. Our purchase completed in September 2007 and we are now enjoying holidays in our very own apartment in Spain.

“Both myself and my parents in-law have used SVS and been extremely impressed and delighted with the service. From the very start they helped us organise flights, car hire and accomodation for the duration of our search - and all these costs are refunded to you when you purchase. A basic fact find was carried out before we went to Spain in order to establish the type of property that would suit our needs and once there we were presented with a range of options for viewing.
